Almost all hats and caps are made in China.  The decision to supply a hat/cap locally (embroidered) or overseas will depend on TIME FRAME and the number of hats/caps required.

 

Local embroidery:   Free artwork, minimum repeat order 30 units ,2-3 weeks delivery

Overseas embroidery:   Special design hat/cap , minimum 144 units ,Free artwork, 12 weeks delivery . Price cheaper than local.

We can manufacture to your specifications.  Example: draw cord, side zip pocket, stripes on side, diagonal panels, embroidery etc.

Made to your specifications in micro fibre.  We also manufacture tracksuits in hard wearing nylon/cotton with school coloured bands.

There is a growing trend for girls to wear shorts or culottes as an option to the regulation school tunic or skirt. These can be made in various styles and fabrics.  Claudine Schoolwear can manufacture a blouse /short set from the same fabric as the summer tunic material. Skorts is an alternative to shorts which is also popular.
